The history of creation of the garden started in 2007 when ten professional japanese landscape architects and gardeners together with the lithuanian specialists started basic preparations. 300 thousands tons of stones had been used for the initial landscape preparation, forming of the initial hills and place for the ponds.  Since the beginning garden was called by different names: Madzuchai, Singing Stones Valley, Samogitija, and simple – Japanese garden.

Since 2011 BonsaiVilnius.lt seasonaly presents the changes of the gardens landscape and floral detales. The present gallery is from my trip last week trip to the Garden. The weather was terrible – strong wind and rain mixed ground with heaven. But in such windy conditions the Garden might became even more beautiful – the wind can reveal all hidden lines of each tree and create the mystery of dancing pines, swinging firs and crying birches.
